Glitzy New Year’s Dress is a OOAK labor of love! This dress is made in velvet with a built in petti skirt! The poof you see is the poof you get! It is embellished with glass rhinestones and gems. The sparkle this dress give with every move can only really be appreciated in person. I’ve made a matching headband Tiara to ring in the new year in style. Tiara is also embellished with glass rhinestones and 2022 embroidered on. Because of the nature of this dress I would recommend spot cleaning or hand wash lay flat to dry.
